For Lite plans: files automatically expire after 7 days.

For Pro and Business plans: you can set an expiration date, or set your files to never expire.

For Pro and Business plans, enjoy unlimited file storage. Limits are only applied to the individual file sizes uploaded.

Custom brand email notifications, app and browser experiences for your recipients. For Lite and Pro users, all assets will be branded as Hightail.

If you need to collect multiple files from partners, each Business account comes with a unique Uplink URL, where third parties can easily send you files to your Hightail account, for free.

Organize and store your files into Spaces (groups of files) and Projects (groups of Spaces), with the ability to archive previous file versions and Spaces. You can also set up File Groups within your Spaces for another level of organization.

If your file is top-secret, you can further protect your work by setting an access code for recipients.
